METHOD AND BRACKET FOR INSTALLING SUN PROTECTION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a method for installing a sun visor in a plate-like element as defined in the preamble of claim 1, and to a bracket for installing a sun visor in a plate-like element as defined in the preamble of claim 8. The method according to the invention and the bracket for installing a sun visor, hereinafter the solution according to the invention, are very suitable for use, for example, for mounting on direct glass elements, where the sun visor is mounted directly on the glass element with a bracket according to the invention. The solution according to the invention for installing sunscreen is used especially in balcony or terrace glass, where the side edges of the glass do not have separate profiles. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, glazed balconies and terraces have become widespread and sunscreens, such as blinds, are widely used to prevent sunlight from entering to the balcony or terrace and keep the premises cooler. N Sunscreens also provide privacy. During the cold E period, the aluminum blind acts as an energy saver, reflecting the heat back in the warm direction. Lo 30 2 As a rule, the sunshades on the market are attached to the aluminum profile of the glazing. There are several different models of aluminum top profiles for balcony glass and there are constantly more. Various restrictions also prevent damage to the glazing profiles, e.g. holes, which prohibits the installation of sun visors on the profiles with screws. Each different profile has had to be made with a new special bracket for each profile, which significantly increases the cost of sunshades. Often the sun visor attaches to the bracket with a tight fit, which can be difficult to install and the mass bracket or sun visor may be damaged. A known patent publication (FI 125538 B) presents improved solutions for attaching sun protection to balcony glass. In this solution, the sun visor is attached to the side edges of the balcony glass with a special fixing piece. These solutions cannot be applied directly to sunscreens from other manufacturers on the market, but these mounting solutions are custom-made for the sunshades presented in the publication. The problem with these solutions is the thickness of the part of the plastic fasteners, because when closed, the gap between the edges of the balcony glass does not allow thick fastening solutions to the side edges of the balcony glass. A few applications according to the publication used a thin metal bracket or a wire bracket, N 25, but their problem is the difficulty and complexity of installing the sun visor S, as these brackets cannot be pre-installed on the sun visors, but on the glass. By 2. The solutions according to the reference publication fasten the market protection to the balcony glass using only one-way compressive force against the thickness of the glass S, which is not a reliable fastening solution and which can also limit the use of fasteners only to the lightest sunshades. Special molds made for the purpose have to be used in the manufacture of the fasteners according to this reference, and commercially available standard parts are not utilized, in which case their manufacture is not advantageous. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to obviate the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide an inexpensive, simple and reliable method and bracket for installing and attaching a sun visor to a plate-like element, such as a balcony glass. In the future, the terms glass element or balcony glass will also be used for plate-like elements. The method according to the invention is characterized by what is stated in the characterizing part of claim 1. Accordingly, the fastener according to the invention is characterized by what is set forth in the characterizing part of claim 8. Other embodiments of the invention are characterized by what is prevented by the other claims. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION> O N 25 In the solution according to the invention, it is easy to make a few size variations from the sun protection bracket S for the most common sun protection models on the market. Normally, the au E guards comprise the curtain part itself, which may be, for example, a blind or roller solution, support elements at the upper and lower ends of the curtain part, and in particular the upper end support element 2 is often a square cross-section or a tube open on one side and a lowering and lifting mechanism for the curtain part. The bracket is easy to manufacture for 6, 8 and 10 mm thick glasses, which are the glass thicknesses currently in use. The fastener according to the invention consists of four parts: a support part, a fastening part, a tension adjusting member and a spring element which fasten to each other. In our application examples, all parts of the bracket are made of metal, such as stainless steel. The two support parts are pressed inside the upper support element of the sun visor at a distance of about 3 centimeters from the ends of the support element, whereby the support parts fit snugly inside the support element. The fastening parts are also pressed from the ends of the upper support element inside the support element, so that the bodies of the fastening part remain flush with the ends of the support element. The support parts and the fastening parts are connected to each other by means of a tension adjusting member, which tension adjusting member is a screw with a standard thread, such as an M4 / 60 hexagon socket screw. Before fastening, a spring element is mounted on the screw, which can be a standard spring about 2-3 cm long. In this way, the brackets pre-assembled inside the upper support member of the sun visor remain reliably inside the support element and the fastening parts of the brackets = can be pulled outwards from inside the support element and return to the support member 3 due to the compressive force of the spring element. The compressive force N of the spring element can be adjusted by means of a tension adjusting member. The sun visor, in the upper support element of which the fasteners according to the invention are pre-mounted Lo 30, is mounted on the free side edges of a plate-like element, such as a balcony glass, at the desired height. The fastening parts of the brackets are pulled outwards from the upper support element of the sun visor so that the spring compression sections of the fastening parts extend over the side edges of the balcony glass, pressing the upper support element against the balcony glass and releasing the fastening parts. The spring press section of the fastening parts of the fasteners presses the fastening part with a pressing force against the thickness of the glass, and the spring element of the fastener presses the fastening part with a pressing force in the width direction of the balcony glass. Together, these two compressive forces provide a firm and reliable fit, even for heavier roller sun visors. With the solution according to the invention, the sunshade can be mounted on a plate-like element, such as a balcony glass, at a desired height, whereby, for example, the upper part of a part of the balcony glass can remain visible. Several sun visors can also be easily installed on the same balcony glass, if the balcony glass has, for example, a handle part in the middle of the glass. In addition, the solution according to the invention also makes it possible to install a two-way blind in the balcony glass, in which case the support element above the blind can be mounted "upside down" at the lower edge of the glass. The guide ropes can thus be pulled from the lower support element to the support element above the blind. In this way, the blind can be lowered from top to bottom and from bottom to top. N 25 © In the method according to the invention, the sunshade is mounted on N plate-like elements, which plate-like element comprises = side edges, and which sunshade comprises at least one support element and a curtain part, and in which method the sunshade support element is fastened to the side edges of the plate-like element. The fasteners provide a compressive force that compresses the fastener in the thickness direction of the plate-like element, and that the fasteners provide a compressive force that compresses the fastener in the width / side direction of the plate-like element. The fastener according to the invention comprises a fastening part, a support part, a tension adjusting member and a spring element. ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION The object and the main advantage of the solution according to the invention is its simplicity, reliability and very low manufacturing costs. The support part and the clamping part of the fastener can be made of metal simply by cutting and bending. One hole is made in the support part, to which a standard thread is threaded. The tension adjusting member is a standard screw and the spring element is a standard spring, both of which are very commercially available very advantageous parts. The brackets according to the invention are easy to install and can be pre-installed on the sun visor by the manufacturer of the sun visor, the seller or even the user himself. Therefore, no professional or previous experience is required to install the sun visor. Another advantage is that the installation = does not require fastening screws or rivets that can damage the balcony glass frame or the balcony glass itself or are they even forbidden installation options. OF I a. Another important advantage is the reliability of the sun protection installation on the balcony glass. The fasteners according to the invention press the sun protection Lo 30 into the balcony glass with two spring forces 2 directed in different directions, which ensures that the installation cannot move on its own in the balcony glass and heavier sunshades can also be installed on the balcony glass if necessary. Another advantage is that the mounting brackets are generally hidden inside the upper support element of the sun visor and the external visible part is a small metal hook on the side walls of the glass. The gaps in the glass of the balcony glass are at least 2 millimeters, which is why the hooks of the brackets must not be at the same height. It could in some cases reduce the glass gap even too much. The material thickness of the spring clamp part of the fastening part is so thin that it does not interfere with the next adjacent balcony glass. The same single bracket is suitable for mounting on both edges of the sun visor, so there is no need to manufacture the right and left brackets separately. However, the spring clamp parts of the brackets are set at slightly different heights on the left and right sides of the sun visor, so that the spring clamp parts of the adjacent balcony windows do not collide but are covered. It is also an advantage that the sunshades attached with the solution according to the invention are easy to remove and reattach by the user, for example due to the washing of the balcony windows. & 25 00 <Q PATTERN LIST 00 N = a The invention will now be described in more detail by means of application examples with reference to the accompanying simplified claims. KR S 30 drawings showing: O Fig. 1 shows a sun visor mounting solution according to the invention in place and obliquely seen from above and from the side, Fig. 2 shows a top view of the bracket according to the invention when the bracket is pulled out of the sun protection support element and Fig. 3 shows a bracket according to the invention the bracket is attached to the support element of the sun visor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 shows one sun visor mounting solution according to the invention mounted in place and viewed obliquely from above and from the side. The sunshade 20 is attached to the plate-like element 10, in this application example to the balcony glass, by the fasteners 1 according to the invention. The plate parts 13 can be several pieces in parallel. The sun visor 20 comprises at least one support element 21, a curtain part A 25 22, which can be, for example, a blind curtain, a pleat curtain or roller blind and the lifting and lowering mechanism of the curtain part. Tu- N tongue elements are, for example, U-shaped metal profiles, E: which act as rails for fasteners 1. S S 30 The brackets 1 are pre-assembled inside the upper> support element 21 of the sun visor 20 so that only the parts of the brackets 1 which press against the side edges 11 of the plate-like element 10 are visible from the ends of the support element 21. Fig. 2 shows a top view of the bracket according to the invention when the bracket has been pulled out of the sun protection support element, and Fig. 3 shows a top view of the bracket according to the invention when the bracket is attached to the sun protection support element. The bracket 1 comprises a fastening part 2, a support part 3, a tension adjusting member 4 and a spring element 5. The fastening part 2 further comprises a spring clamp part 2a, which is a U-shaped bend, a "hook" and which is fastened to the side edges of a plate-like element 10, such as a balcony glass. 11. The fastening part 2 itself is also U-shaped and has a hole in the flat bottom of the shape. The fastening part 2 is made of, for example, thin stainless steel, which means, among other things, that it has good weather resistance. The material thickness of the fastening part 2 is preferably between 0.3 mm and 0.8 mm and most preferably about 0.5 mm. The support part 3 is also U-shaped and has a threaded hole on the flat bottom of the shape, which in this application example is an M4 millimeter hole. The material of the support part 3 is, for example, galvanized steel and the material thickness is larger than in the fastening part 2. The tension adjusting member 4 comprises a screw part 4a and a base part 4b. As the tension adjusting member 4 =, a preferred commercial screw such as an N 25 M4 / 60mm screw can be used. As the spring element 5, a preferred commercial thrust spring S with a length of 25 N = 30 millimeters can well be used. i 2 All parts of the bracket 1 are fastened to each other by means of a tension lo 30 adjusting member 4. The spring element 5 is pushed onto the screw portion 4a of the tension 2 adjusting member 4, and the screw portion 4a is inserted through the hole of the fixing portion 2, so that the base portion 4b, remains inside the U-shape of the fastening part 2. The screw portion 4a of the tension adjusting member 4 is screwed into the threaded hole of the support portion 3 so that the U-shapes of the support portion 3 and the fixing portion 2 are in opposite directions. By screwing the tension adjusting member 4, the thrust force P2 acting on the spring element 5 can be influenced. The upper edges 23 of the upper support element 21 are bent so that said upper edges fit over the upper edges of the fastening part 2 when the fastening part 2 is pushed into the support element 21 from its end. Thus, the fastening part 2 remains well inside the support element 21 and the bent upper edges of the support element 21 act as guides for the fastening part 2. The support part 3 is arranged at a distance from the end of the support element 21 and towards the end of the support element 21, whereby the support part 3 remains firmly in place inside the support element 21. According to the invention, the fasteners 1 provide a compressive force P1 which compresses the fastener 1 in the thickness direction of the plate-like element 10, and that the fasteners 1 provide a compressive force P2 which compresses the fastener 1 in the width / side direction of the plate-like = element 10. The bracket 1 of the structure, design and the resulting spring forces P1 and P2 S of the bracket 1 is easy and quick to firmly fasten to the plate-like element 10, such as a balcony glass. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various embodiments of the invention are not limited to the examples set forth above, but may vary within the scope of the claims set forth below. Thus, for example, the bracket may be different from the application example presented above. For example, the shapes of the mounting portion and the support portion may be different from those described above. In addition, the bracket may be different anyway. It may have a different and / or different number of parts than in the application example presented above. o hu O N © <Q 00 OF I Jami a (e O PP LO O hu O OF
